historical sites now have websites that tell you about the location and
history, and many have their own schedule of events posted on their websites.
Also, many of the historical sites are on the web thanks to interested people
rather than the site itself. So some of these are "unofficial" websites.
The important sites for my Ranger unit are listed on my Living
